Meredith is a physical therapist, massage therapist, Pilates and Yoga teacher, as well as a Structural Integration Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI) instructor. She is a certified Anatomy Trains Instructor providing continuing education courses nationally.

Meredith joined the Pilates Core Integration Teacher Trainers in 2015 and currently owns and operates Brookline Bodyworks in Brookline, New Hampshire.
