Prerequisites include

1. An established Pilates practice through private lessons and/or group classes.
2. A knowledge of and ability to perform Level I and II Pilates method exercises on Mat and Equipment.
3. Adequate familiarity with ALL the exercises presented in each workshop PRIOR to taking the workshop.
